Nature of service

(i) Users agree and acknowledge that we act solely as a platform providing education on Preventive Healthcare, Type 2 Diabetes Reversal, Food & Nutrition for Blood Sugar Control, Immunity Building, Natural Way to Reverse Diabetes, and a Disease-Free Lifestyle.
We are not a hospital or medical clinic, and we do not claim to provide medical treatment or cure.

Eligibility

(ii) Users agree and acknowledge that our Diabetes Reversal Courses are exclusively for Type 2 Diabetes and only individuals who are 18 years of age or older are eligible to attend, join, or participate.

No Medicines / No Medical Prescriptions

(iii) Users agree and acknowledge that our Diabetes Reversal Health Coaches do not prescribe medicines or supplements. The program strictly focuses on natural ways to reverse diabetes without medication, lifestyle modification, and nutrition-based metabolic improvement.

Obligation to Disclose Health Conditions

(iv) Users agree and acknowledge that they must disclose their current health status, medical conditions, medications, Type 2 diabetes history, and other relevant information before attending the course.
Program outcomes vary per individual and depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to, medical history, consistency, and adherence. We are not liable for lack of results due to actions taken based on course information.

No Sole Reliance on Course Information

(v) Users agree and acknowledge that they shall not rely solely on the information obtained from the course or reverse diabetes diet plan for treatment decisions.

Not a Substitute for Medical Consultation

(vi) Users agree and acknowledge that information shared during the Type 2 Diabetes Reversal Program does not replace consultation with qualified medical professionals and should not be treated as a final or conclusive medical remedy.

Mandatory Medical Advice

(vii) Users agree and acknowledge that they must obtain advice from a qualified doctor/endocrinologist to diagnose and analyze medical issues or before modifying medication.

Emergency Situations

(viii) Users agree and acknowledge that course information must not be used in emergencies. In situations involving urgent care, Users must seek immediate professional medical assistance.

Do Not Modify Existing Treatment Without Doctor Supervision

(ix) Users agree and acknowledge that they shall not alter or discontinue their diabetes medication, insulin, or treatment solely based on course content unless supervised by a licensed physician.

Refund Window (If Applicable)

(x) Users agree and acknowledge that a refund may be provided only if unwillingness to continue is communicated within 7 days of joining (if applicable to their plan). After 7 days, no refund shall be issued.
This clause applies only if such a refund policy is currently active.

Misuse of WhatsApp/Community Groups

(xi) Users agree and acknowledge that WhatsApp group contacts provided for online diabetes reversal support shall not be misused, forwarded, or shared with third parties.

EMI / Payment Default

(xii) Users agree and acknowledge that if they fail to make EMI payments, access to the Reverse Diabetes Classes and materials may be terminated.

Confidentiality of Program Content

(xiii) Users agree and acknowledge that they shall not share medical guidance, reverse diabetes diet plans, fasting protocols, or coaching advice with third parties.

(xiv) Users further agree and acknowledge that they shall not sell, publish, distribute, or use any video content from our platform for business or commercial purposes.

(xv) Users agree and acknowledge that all program videos, reverse diabetes course content, meal plans, training modules, and digital material are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be duplicated, reproduced, or redistributed.

Technical Accessibility

(xvi) Users agree and acknowledge that they must maintain a stable internet connection to access online lessons. We are not responsible for the inability to attend classes due to device or network issues.

Accountability & Participation

(xvii) Users agree and acknowledge that Health Coaches may remain in contact for progress. If Users fail to respond for two consecutive weeks, access may be temporarily blocked until reactivation is requested.

Use of Feedback

(xviii) Users agree and acknowledge that feedback, testimonials, and reverse diabetes success stories may be used for educational or promotional purposes.

Breach & Termination

(xix) Users agree and acknowledge that any breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in immediate removal from the Online Diabetes Reversal Program without refund.
